MultiBank Group is one of the world’s largest financial derivatives institutions, providing multi-regulated trading services. With a global footprint and a strong emphasis on security, transparency, and performance, the group serves millions of traders across its trading and investment products. MultiBank-Plus is MultiBank Group’s flagship mobile trading platform for CFDs, forex, metals, indices, shares, and crypto. The platform required a full product redesign to modernize the trading experience, reduce onboarding friction, and support users across multiple regulatory jurisdictions, including CIMA and SCA. I led the design end-to-end, restructuring key journeys and refining trade execution flows implemented across web and mobile. The result was a clearer, more consistent trading environment that improved usability, reduced errors, and strengthened overall user engagement. As Lead UI/UX Designer, I improved cross-platform UI design, user flows, and developed a scalable Figma-based design system. I collaborated closely with senior leadership and Product, Engineering, and Compliance teams to translate complex financial requirements into intuitive, high-performing trading interfaces.
