MultiBank.io is the crypto trading platform of MultiBank Group, offering spot and derivatives trading. Designed for a global audience, the platform delivers advanced trading capabilities through a clean, intuitive interface suitable for both new and experienced crypto users. The platform required a full UX overhaul to modernize key trading journeys, enhance instant-buy and convert flows, and bring greater clarity to spot and derivatives interfaces. I led the design end-to-end, improving onboarding flows across ASIC and VARA compliance requirements, implementing Sumsub KYC verification, and refining core experiences including dashboard, deposit, and withdrawal flows. The result was a more consistent, intuitive trading environment that reduced friction, improved accuracy, and increased overall user confidence. As Senior UI/UX Designer, I defined the platform’s visual direction, restructured complex user journeys, and developed a scalable Figma-based design system. Partnering closely with senior leadership, Product, and Engineering teams, I translated complex crypto-trading and regulatory requirements into high-performing, user-focused web and mobile experiences.
